This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of global strategic brand plans for Dato-DXd in Lung Cancer, working collaboratively with key global country and regional leads as well as a wide range of headquarter functions.Accountabilities:As the Global Marketing Associate Director, you will support the Global Commercial Director on the Global Brand Strategy development in collaboration with key markets and functions. You will drive the Dato-DXd Lung Cancer brand strategy implementation, tactical planning, and flawless execution of key launch deliverables. You will also develop Lung Cancer patient strategies and deliverables, shaping and advancing plans for optimizing the patient experience.Essential Skills/Experience:5 years marketing and/or sales background in a large/mid-sized pharmaceutical marketProven experience and knowledge of a broad base of external customers including patients, prescribers, payers, providersDemonstrated use of insights to deliver effective marketing strategiesEffective cross-functional project leadership and influencing skillsAbility to simultaneously manage multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomyBachelor's degree, preferably in scientific or business subject areaPreferred Skills/Experience:Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong clinical acumen and scientific mindsetStrong sense of urgency and ability to generate exceptional resultsEnterprise mindset and focus; strong collaboration skillsEffective stakeholder and relationship management experienceWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
