The Opportunity
Adobe is launching innovative new products, features, and workflow improvements to our customers in our Creative Cloud apps and services on a regular and ongoing basis — from Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Premiere Pro and beyond.
We are seeking a proven leader to join us as the Director of Product Release Marketing to own and drive the major Creative Cloud product launches! This role will work across many teams to help amplify the impact of these launches, craft messaging and value propositions, align senior leadership, and collaborate across teams for successful marketing execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of messaging and go-to-market strategies for Creative Cloud product launches.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to align messaging and GTM strategies.
- Manage requirements, internal reviews, and conduct briefings with strategic partners.
- Build relationships with marketing and creative team leaders to bring marketing initiatives to life.
- Work with product management to keep the category product roadmap updated.
- Drive adoption and improvement of release marketing processes, templates, and practices.
- Maintain internal communications about upcoming launches and roadmaps.
- Measure and report on the business impact of product releases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 15+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or related fields.
- Director-level management experience with proven business impact.
- 8+ years of people management experience.
- Strong messaging skills and ability to craft compelling product narratives.
- Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leaders.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for process improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and prioritize effectively.
