samantha slaven publicity, a boutique beauty and wellness PR agency in LA, is seeking afast-paced, savvy, uber-organizedPR Managerto work hand-in-hand with the founder to support the day-to-day across influencer/VIP/events/editorial.

Projects span events strategy and execution to scheduling editors and influencers for comped beauty/wellness treatments across multiple markets, supporting media relations, managing a junior team and overseeing robust agency admin ( lots of reports, spreadsheets, RSVP lists, etc - if you can bring AI along to help, even better! ). Must have excellent writing and communication skills.

Successful candidates will have at least 4-5 years relevant agency or in-house experience, proven relationships with influencer and VIP contacts, soup-to-nuts project management skills, be demonstrably fast-paced, multi-tasking and detail-oriented, and an absolute whiz at admin.

LA candidates preferred - we work on a hybrid schedule.
