Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in business development partnerships.
- 10 years of experience in the TV and Media industry.
- 5 years of people leadership/management experience.
- Leadership experience in TV and Media distribution at a digital platform or media company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with OEMs and PayTV Operators.
- Experience leading, and partnering with, global teams and working with partners from different regions and cultures.
- Proven ability to lead and influence in a complex matrix organization and balance competing priorities.
- Capable of influencing C-level execs on sophisticated business issues with limited oversight.
- Ability to travel as needed.

As the Director, TV Platform Partnerships, you will be leading the team in building and developing partnerships with the TV OEMs, PayTV Operators, Carriers, Retailers, OTT OEMs, SOCs and other ecosystem partners. You will lead the team in working closely with regional and cross-functional organizations across several product areas at Google to develop aligned Google Living Room, Smart Home strategies, and partnerships. You will build healthy partnerships that secure distribution, grow business generation, and enable innovation on Google’s TV Platforms.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$369,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing partnerships team driving business, product and ecosystem objectives with TV OEMs, PayTV Operators, Carriers, Retailers, OTT OEMs, SOCs and other ecosystem partners.
- Drive growth, business generation, and innovation for our TV Platforms in close coordination with overall Google strategies.
- Develop and drive execution of a holistic cross-functional and cross-product area GTM for the living room and smart home areas.
- Structure and discuss distribution and integration agreements with TV OEMs, PayTV Operators, Retailers, Carriers and OTT OEMs, working directly with C-level partner executives and partnering across Google to advance multiple company objectives.
- Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the TV and Media industries and other relevant Google product strategies on a global basis. Identify opportunities to influence product strategy and innovation.
