In this role, you will be helping NetApp evolve the way Marketing drives demand and translates that demand to real sales impact. You will be the primary business process steward for several tools in our martech stack including our CRM, and will help optimize our campaign orchestration and lead management strategies to be compatible in a hybrid SaaS and traditional hardware environment. Prior experience and industry best practices will be leaned on to develop new business processes that enhance our tech stack and processes held within (campaign operations, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring, lead routing, data orchestration, integrations, lead qualification, etc), and you will eventually help transform these strategies into business requirements for delivery. This role will collaborate with several other groups including Sales Ops, IT, Data Science, Marketing Automation, Audience Management, Marketing Reporting & Analytics, and the Marketing Technology Office on related projects.

Be the conduit for managed projects that connects all SMEs, stakeholders, IT, Sales Ops, and other key resources in and outside of DMOLeverage broad experience across multiple disciplines of Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations to lead strategic business initiatives and develop optimized business processesDefine program/project success criteriaDefine and develop Business Requirements Documentation for managed projectsServe as Marketing's primary stakeholder for business process design and optimization for NetApp's CRM, leading all process mapping for Demand to OpportunityCollaborate with the team to evolve the following business processes in close collaboration w/ other stakeholders:Data OrchestrationNew technology evaluationLead and account scoringLead ManagementLead RoutingLead Acceptance/Qualification/RejectionWorkflow/Rule-based notificationsLead to meeting to Opportunity workflow rulesMarketing intelligence integrations & object page layoutsCampaign Management and MeasurementEvaluation and selection of new tools to streamline processes centric to our CRM/MAP and improve performance across teamsArticulation of business problems, and documentation of business requirements and outcomes to stakeholders in Marketing, Sales Ops, and ITLead project organization, timelines, deliverable tracking, and weekly project updates in AsanaAssist with User Acceptance TestingCreate business process documentation and training materialsEducate and train power users and business process championsRegularly assess program/project success post-completion and proactively lead program optimization.Plan and carry out scalable marketing strategies for integrating new acquisitions into our MAP/CRM systems and data ecosystem
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Marketing, 5+ in Marketing Operations with a strong focus on process mapping and optimization; experience in B2B tech is preferredBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related quantitative/analytical field required5+ years of Salesforce experience including reporting/dashboard development, lead management, routing rule logic, object page layout design, suppression criteria, etcProven track record of meeting deadlines under pressure with competing and changing priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environmentWorking knowledge of the MarTech stack and processes, and how tools contribute to the overall B2B lead/revenue generation processAnalytical background w/ experience in leveraging performance data to inform strategy and decision-makingA trusted consultant's presence, ability to listen, engage, influence and educate o Able to hold a room with leadership by gaining respect as a subject matter expert o Can understand business problems at granular level to diagnoseStrong Microsoft Office kills including Excel and PowerPoint Compensation The base salary range for this position is $141,000-$172,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
