The Vice President, Corporate PMO Director at LERETA LLC will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's project management to ensure successful and efficient project delivery and execution. This leadership position is key to aligning LERETA's project portfolio with its strategic objectives and business goals. The Director will be responsible for ensuring best practices in project management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation and engagement, while driving continuous improvements in process, performance, and results across all strategic and efficiency initiatives. PMO Leadership & Strategy Works with the Executive Committee (EC) to define and implement the enterprise-wide PMO strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Develops and maintains project governance frameworks, policies, and best practices. Champions a culture of project excellence, fostering collaboration across departments. Ensures alignment of project portfolio with strategic priorities and business objectives. Creates project plans and schedules and drives accountability for timelines. Monitors budgets, resources, supplies and project needs and reports out frequently. Leads project meetings to monitor and manage project performance, deliverables, and milestones. Defines Return on Investment (ROI) for projects and manages project prioritization. Oversees the enterprise project portfolio, ensuring prioritization based on ROI, risk, and strategic fit. Implements and manages project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation processes. Provides leadership in resolving project risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts. Stakeholder Management & Communication Serves as the primary liaison between executives, business leaders, and project teams to ensure transparency and alignment. Delivers regular executive reports and dashboards on project performance, risks, and KPIs. Facilitates Steering Committee meetings, presenting updates on strategic initiatives. Process Improvement & Governance Continuously enhance PMO processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures adherence to compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in project execution. Leverages data analytics and project performance metrics to drive informed decision-making. Implements and oversees change management strategies for large-scale transformations. Leads cross-functional project resources. Fosters a high-performance culture, ensuring team members receive training in PMO best practices, tools, and methodologies. Drives adoption of project management technology tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow). This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department. Salary range :
$133,224 - $197,369 Core Competencies Ensures that projects are aligned with the organization's business strategy and vision. Leads the organization through changes related to project management processes, structures, and tools. Possesses extensive knowledge of managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Foresees potential risks, implements mitigation strategies, and manages project complexities. Excellent ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and external partners. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure, especially when navigating complex projects or challenges. Skill in prioritizing projects based on business value and urgency. Ability to communicate complex project status and outcomes to C-suite executives and board members. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 7+ years of experience in project / program management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within a Corporate PMO. PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or PRINCE2 certification required; Lean Six Sigma is a plus. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and enterprise transformations. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Expertise in portfolio management, governance frameworks, and executive reporting. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong proficiency in project management software (JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, etc.).
