Our data allows sales and marketing teams to understand which companies are in market for their products and services.Bombora is seeking a Director of Content Strategy to join our growing marketing team and shape and deliver our commercial strategy across solutions and customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with B2B audiences.You will…Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that reflects our Bombora company brand positioning.Design and implement an efficient process to develop and socialize a prioritized quarterly editorial calendar.Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand marketing, event strategy and execution, design, and sales teams.Infuse SEO and gen AI visibility best practices across the Marketing team.Develop and manage a performance management framework.Lead a team of internal content creators and external agency and freelance resources.Stay current on audience/ICP context and requirements, industry trends and competitor and partner activities.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of content marketing and broader marketing experience, in B2B tech and data-focused organizations.Experience envisioning and creating high-quality content across all key formats.Deep understanding of organic and paid content distribution channels.Deep understanding of SEO best practices.Strong understanding of content management systems and marketing automation platforms.A point of view on the most insightful performance management KPIs and metrics for content.Experience managing a mix of internal and external resources.Passion for B2B GTM strategies, solutions, and data.Passion for telling stories through data; strong experience in data visualization.A network of trusted freelancers that can bring capacity and unique skill sets as needed.Perks and BenefitsFlexible Spending / Health Spending AccountsFlexible Vacation / Paid Holidays / Summer FridaysEducation / Tuition Assistance / Annual Learning Stipend401KGenerous Parental Leave (16 weeks primary/12 secondary)On Demand Learning (Udemy)Team Lunches / Outings / EventsCompensation PackageThe salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 plus bonus.EquityAt Bombora, we embrace diversity because it breeds innovation.
