: Remarkable way you will make a difference... Manages the creative staff, including the digital media specialist and visual communications specialist. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration, including serving as key point of contact for internal program stakeholders, the Damar Foundation and the Talent Acquisition Team. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and consumer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing campaigns with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Works with advertising and media agencies with day-to-day support and execution of creative deliverables. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly. Manages content for all social media channels. Works in conjunction with Digital Media Specialist to create, maintain and conduct regular analytics reporting across multiple sources and extract key insights for future campaign development.
: What you need to be considered... Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, mass media, or related field required. Minimum of seven years of experience in Communications or Marketing required. 10+ years experience preferred. Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements. Must meet and maintain background screening requirements for all Damar Programs Valid Indiana drivers license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damars insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving) Successful completion of pre-employment physical required. Essential Job Functions : Physical : Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
