About the role:
As the
Marketing Operations Manager
you'll be responsible for the entire marketing operations function, including HubSpot, Integrations, Website Operations, Process Optimization, and Reporting. This is a foundational role for the marketing organization, and you will work closely with different marketing stakeholders regularly. You'll have the unique ability to bring your operational visions alive in this role!
What you'll do:
Primary admin for our HubSpot instance, working closely with RevOps, Sales Ops and CS Ops regularlyData hygiene and management, including deduplication, and ensure compliance regulations are followed (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)Design, implement, and optimize marketing operations processesOwn & communicate the marketing to sales handoff processes, including notifications, data insights, and regularly monitor key reports to track performance and proactively catch potential disruptionsManage MarTech stack integrations (ie Zoominfo, 6sense, Salesloft etc.), including monitoring for performance outagesUnderstand the tech stack/ how everything works together and identify potential gaps and/or overlap that can be streamlinedPartner closely with the website development agency managing all operational updatesOwn reporting & data analysis for the marketing team, partnering closely with key stakeholders to ensure we're delivering the important insights, so every department is enabled to make decisions to improve resultsEnable marketing & sales HubSpot users on all marketing ops-related processes, this may include trainings and/or video recordingsYour experience:
2+ years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B organizationHubSpot Marketing & CRM experience requiredA proven track record of enabling data-driven decision makingUnderstanding the marketing funnel and how marketing & sales processes impact overall successThrive in a team environment (you will work consistently with multiple departments) and you should enjoy collaborationYou're resourceful, detail oriented, and organized - while juggling multiple projects and/or deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to build relationships with internal stakeholdersYou're curious - always wondering what could be improved and how things are working
For those applicants in the NYC area, the base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. The salary offered will be based on experience, role, and location.
