Hyatt Hotels Corporation is in search of a Director of Marketing UVC to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve both short and long-term strategic and financial objectives. This role includes overseeing brand strategy, creative development, communication, member engagement, and prospecting marketing for new members. These responsibilities support on-site, digital and social media spaces. The Head of Marketing will report to the UVC group president. Who We Are

Some listed functions are:
Strategic Leadership and Brand Management: Develop and execute global brand strategies and positioning for UVC. Lead the development and implementation of innovative and results-driven marketing campaigns to drive room nights and sales revenue to applicable Hyatt properties. Provide strategic direction on brand positioning, visual presence, and messaging across various channels including social media, on-property, and sales room materials. Marketing and Communication Strategies: Create and manage a comprehensive marketing plan that includes email campaigns, special offers, and member engagement strategies. Oversee the creation of print and digital content for the website and social media channels. Responsible for the performance and improvement of core platforms to optimize member-booking conversion (Website, Mobile App). Coordinate with Hyatt commercial organization to potentialize and leverage Customer Relationship Management platforms (CRM), data analysis and other relevant technology/processes. Act as communication liaison for Hyatt PR and communication department. Support lead generation and prospect generation campaigns (Master brokers, referral programs, etc.). Member Engagement and On-site Marketing: Champion the development of member-centric marketing strategies that enhance member engagement, retention, and loyalty. Leverage the World of Hyatt loyalty program to build integrated global and regional campaigns. Plan and oversee on-property member engagement events, VIP events, and other member appreciation campaigns. Develop social media campaigns and strategies that foster loyalty, member engagement, and generate additional revenue. Operational and Performance Management: Monitor and optimize marketing performance to ensure business goals are achieved. Provide leadership oversight on member digital platforms, CRM, and call center alignment. Lead analysis across platforms to measure overall performance and convert insights into actionable recommendations. Bachelor’s Degree or superior in Sales or Marketing MBA (preferred) 5 Years of previous experience in similar positions Proven experience in management positions within the Commercial and Marketing areas Digital skills Managerial and strategic mentality Global Vision of the hospitality industry (preferred) The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. The salary range for this position is $123,800 to $145,000 annually. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
