The Disney Signature Experience Rotational Program is a full-time, entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates with a hands-on learning experience with Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Disney Institute, or Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions. Participants will be able to experience this rotational program, rotating to 2-3 different positions over 18 months. The
DSE Marketing Strategy Rotational Associate
will be an in-office role located in Celebration, FL. The associate may travel locally within the WDW resort area for certain site visits and projects as needed. The Rotational Associate will gain experience within the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) and Disney Cruise Line (DCL) Marketing & Sales Strategy teams. We are currently seeking undergraduate seniors or final year graduate students available for full-time employment beginning June 2025. You Will Do/Responsibilities: Tackle relevant projects Participate in a robust development curriculum Develop critical technical and leadership skills Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders Upon completion of the program, successful participants will be placed in a role in alignment with their development, setting them up for future opportunities You will Have/Required Qualifications: Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working on presentation decks and presenting projects and findings to all levels of staff. Keen organizational skills and attention to detail. Interest in continuing career within Marketing. Experience working in an agile environment where direction and priorities may shift and change quickly. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment Experience working with Microsoft products including Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams Preferred Qualifications: Internship experience within the Marketing, Sales Strategy or related field Previous experience or knowledge of Go to Market strategy for product launches, paid media, website development, email marketing, direct mail, etc. Experience working with Canva and other advanced software programs (including graphic design software) Experience evaluating promotions or marketing materials/tactics and presenting findings to peers and leadership when needed.
