To manage the Jimmy John’s Catering program in assigned geographical area. Develop and nurture client relationships in order to build the brand and program. Network and develop sales leads through events, cold calling and sampling.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be a Role Model to new Team MembersProvide excellent Customer ServiceAdhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and ProceduresMaintain and foster Company CulturePrep and make sandwiches for events when neededMaintain Food SafetyMaintain Workplace SafetyWork closely with District Manager to meet performance metricsAttend monthly General Manager meetings at the Corporate officeAttend weekly District Manager meetings at the Corporate officeWork closely with Brand Ambassadors to generate leadsCold calling for leads daily, close leads and develop contract clientsResearch and seek out community events and coordinate JJ attendancePlan and execute Local Store Marketing strategy with Brand AmbassadorsSource and maintain client relationsQualifications
Must be 18+Must have state required Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ onlyMust have at least 1 year of sales and /or marketing experienceMust be coachableMust have experience in dealing with customer issuesMust be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
Working conditions
Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy John’s stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives and oven.
Physical requirements
Must be able to stand for length of shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to climb ladder if needed.
