Experience Required8-10 yearsEffective management of a brand, ensuring the best public image of the organisation is seen. Experience in multiple industries and marketing in different African or other international countries would be advantageous.
More than 10 yearsThe role requires a seasoned, holistic entrepreneurial leader who is customer focused with proven organisational capability and profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the Brand and Marketing field, gained from a track record of 10 years or more in functional leadership who is capable of influencing outstanding leaders and a large body of employees. Experience in digital analytics, data management, data architecture and enablement, leading technology change platforms.Additional InformationDrive and ensure all country marketing and communication strategy is aligned to the overall Country and Standard Bank Brand strategy whilst delivering via country nuance with overall responsibility for maintaining the in country brand – its expression and reputation.Collaborate with other Business Lines as well other stakeholders to regularly review and ensure alignment of each BL's M&C Strategies, Group Brand Strategy, Group M&C Strategy as well as the Group Purpose.Collaborate across Segments and with other Corporate Functions in developing the customer experience strategy.Commission appropriate research, to develop relevant client insights to give direction to the Marketing and Communication (M&C) Strategy and manage insight gathering across country.Develop and manage financial forecasts for the relevant business line(s) M&C and optimise returns on the investments.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
