Boardwalk Puzzles and Games is the flagship brand of Americana Art Enterprises (AAE). Boardwalk launched in 2000 and is already one of the leading puzzle companies in the United States.
AAE is also known for incredible art created for and licensed by Disney (Disney Dowdle), Dowdle Folk Art, and an exciting new brand called Speedmaster Puzzles, created specifically for speed puzzlers and speed puzzling competitions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Social Media (75%)
- Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging and original content for social media platforms.
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's overall social media strategy.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure campaign success and optimize content.
- Manage and grow the Ambassador Program to build brand awareness.
- Supervise and support the social media team members in content creation and strategy execution.
- Special Events and Marketing (25%)
- Manage and organize a variety of special events, including parades, quarterly live stream product introductions, and onsite events.
- Assist with preparations for offsite events such as speed puzzling contests and gaming conventions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and ensure successful execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, or a combination of both.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience in creating engaging and high-quality content for social media.
- Proven ability to track and analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with event planning and coordination (both onsite and offsite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying current with marketing and social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with live stream event management.
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
