Description

Ashley HomeStore, the #1 Mattress and Furniture retailer in North America, has an immediate opening for a Visual Presentation Manager. The ideal candidate is responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that draws attention to the floor plan and the furniture to maximize product sales. The Visual Presentation Manager will oversee the store environment, including displays, vignettes, product receiving, replenishment, rotation, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is on the sales floor and displayed per corporate merchandising plan.
• Ensure merchandise follows DSG tagging standards.
• Read AutoCAD plans and assist in setting merchandise accordingly.
• Interpret and execute plan-o-grams.
• Create attractive displays using color coordination, visual balance, and interior design principles.
• Collaborate with RVPM on creative aspects, including painting and interior design.
• Maintain clear communication within the organization.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
• Travel up to 90% regionally, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or business preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail home furnishings or interior design.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ethical conduct, time management, punctuality.
