Marketing Technology (MarTech) Support
will work closely with new and existing clients to procure data lists in line with customer requirements. The ideal candidate has an understanding of data suppression and experience with scrubbing lists against specific criteria. In addition, and ideal candidate will have experience with data as related to various CRMs, including Go HighLevel and HubSpot.The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. You should be able to work in a team-oriented, professional environment but also be able to work autonomously. Candidates should be deadline-driven and creative thinkers. Relevant coursework or previous work experience is required.Essential Functions:
Understanding of list procurement and fulfillment procedures.Ability to fully understand and use list criteria to request lists from vendors on behalf of our clients.Clear and concise communication skills, both internally and externally.Proactively identify roadblocks or potential bottlenecks, coupled with the ability to communicate said issues.Identify and resolve common data formatting issues to prevent failures.Assist in supporting other internal employees with data-related issues.Support all stakeholders in the import/export features of our calling platform software.Willingness to learn and understand data integration across varying platforms to serve as backup support to the current MarTech Administrator.Provide data-focused technical support during client onboarding, with direction from our Strategy/Traffic/Production Teams.Verify and clarify (as needed) data integrity as part of the QAS process.Other duties as assigned.Travel required
Less than 10% travel typically required.Education and experience
4-year college degree in a related field (Database Management, MIS, IS, Systems, etc.) Strongly preferredHigh school diploma and at least 2+ years of experience; BS/BA in Business or relevant field is requiredStrong multi-tasking and organizational skillsPrevious experience in one or more of the following roles: Technical Support, Call Center Support, Product Support or Customer SuccessExtensive working knowledge of contact management systems or databases (ex. CRM, POS, ESP, e-commerce stores, accounting systems) across a wide range of optionsTechnically proficient with regards to bulk data import and export (ex. file formats, field mapping, report building, etc.)Ability to quickly learn and achieve "expert status" on new 3rd party productsBenefits
