ABOUT THE POSITION
As Marketing Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving marketing activities in North America that result in business growth and strengthen Pricer’s brand positioning. In close collaboration with the Global Brand & Marketing team in Sweden, you’ll align the local execution with corporate strategy and coordinate impactful customer-facing activities. You’ll lead a front-loaded marketing strategy in North America—empowering sales teams to achieve their objectives. As the owner of the North American Commercial Marketing Activation Plan (CMAP) for Pricer’s product portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence across all product launches and commercial initiatives, ensuring impactful execution across targeted B2B touchpoints and media channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic marketing professional who is a natural-born leader with a can-do attitude. You will be part of a dynamic, creative, and multicultural team of 10 marketers responsible for successfully implementing and activating the content for all Pricer solutions. The role is based at Pricer’s US headquarters in Dunwoody, Atlanta, and reports to the Marketing Activation Director, North America. Travel of up to 30% is expected, primarily domestic, with some international travel. You are required to act according to the Pricer Code of Conduct and uphold Pricer’s values, mission, and policies.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing & Commercial Alignment:
- Secure implementation of the global marketing strategies
- Secure alignment between marketing and sales in commercial initiatives activities by following defined KPI’s
- Ensure commercial initiatives are entirely relevant, targeted, and on brand
- Manage allocated budget for marketing activities
- Monitor and report on marketing spend and trade show performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed
Customer Experience & Data-Driven Improvements:
- Work with customer journey, touchpoints, and related data to define and improve the customer experience
- Ensure all commercial assets are implemented and relevant touchpoints are captured in the CMAP
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Update the LinkedIn page and ensure it is pegged for lead generation by publishing corporate news and product releases, and create local content, such as trade show participation and customer cases
- Contribute to SEO/keyword optimization and ensure content is published
- Translate/trans create key assets (website, LinkedIn posts, etc)
Event & Trade Show Management:
- Own, implement, and follow up on all North American Trade Shows, according to the Trade Show Playbook
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & QUALITIES
- Strategic, with a tactical mindset. You can easily move between strategic thinking and tactical implementation.
- Management skills: You create teamwork and collaboration by engaging individuals who do not report directly to you (sales reps, external stakeholders, etc)
- Communication skills: Your outstanding written and verbal English communication skills help influence various stakeholders
- Passion for customers: Your genuine interest in the business and customers helps you successfully implement insight-led marketing assets and communication
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of North American marketing dynamics, customer journeys, and behavior
- Marketing Automation, preferably from HubSpot
- Solid Google Analytics experience
- Digital marketing skills, including social media marketing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing platforms (e.g CRM, Salesforce, PMS/DAM). Knowledge in AI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, RunWay, etc, as well as design software i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, and social media
- Global mindset with international experience
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years’ marketing experience in international companies, preferably from a B2B environment
- Experience in driving integrated marketing initiatives & working with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge in inbound/digital marketing
- Proven track record of executing successful commercial initiatives, trade show execution, and product launches
- Experience in commercial roles in the retail industry is a merit
