GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Community Manager in Downtown Fresno, CA. Join a dynamic property management team!
The Community Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day operations of a community in downtown Fresno. Candidates must have at least 1+ years of current and proven Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience in multi-family property management.
The ideal candidate will:
- Connect people to the community through effective leasing administration and team training.
- Enhance community appeal by prioritizing curb appeal and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the property and market.
- Conduct applicant/resident certification interviews, gather eligibility documents, verify, and submit files accurately for quick approval.
- Manage timely recertification processes.
- Support maintenance operations by collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and organized make-ready processes.
- Work with Regional or Portfolio Manager to prepare budgets, plan community improvements, repairs, and negotiate contracts.
- Train and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
- Propose income-generating opportunities such as competitive pricing and community enhancements to drive operational success.

Job Requirements for Resident Manager:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in LIHTC multi-family apartment management.
- Dedicated, hardworking, with excellent communication skills.
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours/week).
