.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required1-3 years of experience in writing/shooting/directing/editing video.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing/processing software.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, visual effects and sound software.Thorough understanding of online video environment and online distribution.Thorough understanding of social media strategy and trends.Excellent videography and video editing skills and experience with producing visual storytellingExperience in sound editing, color-correction, and lighting; will be responsible for all aspects of post-productionMotion Graphic SkillsSuperior writing, editing and communication skillsAbility to create content for various audiences in a clear, consistent, strategic mannerHighly collaborative with ability to coordinate with creative and social media teamsProven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environmentKeen attention to detailMotivated self-starter with the ability to take initiative and perform wellCreative and enthusiastic, yet process orientedHas the ability to manage relationships with diplomacy at all levelsStays current on the newest trends in communications media, film and technologyAbility to work on weekends and evenings for events as neededExperience in higher education preferredYears of Experience Required
