Marketing Specialist - Video and Animation Content

EMPIST is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist (Video & Animation) for our growing internal Marketing team!

Please note, this role is specifically dedicated to marketing EMPIST's services and does not involve working with external clients.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Shoot and edit engaging and informative video or create animated content for various marketing channels, including podcasts (video and audio), ads, blog posts, social media channels, and email campaigns. (75%)

• Collaborate with internal marketing team and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. (25%)

• Help develop and implement robust marketing strategies and related tactics that align with our company goals and promote our innovative services.

• Manage the production execution of video and animation content under the direction of the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Team.

• Conduct comprehensive research on best practices in video and animated content for the Managed IT Services industry.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing especially as it relates to video content development, continuously bringing innovative ideas to the table.

• Familiarity and experience with social posting platforms (HubSpot a plus)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in Cinematography, Marketing, or Business.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience shooting and editing video in a corporate environment.

• Portfolio with specific production roles required.

• Social Video and ads experience required.

• Strong proficiency in shooting and editing video and creating animations.

• Strong proficiency with Adobe CC especially Premier Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Animate.

• Experience with social media posting tools and sizing requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal Marketing Specialist - Video and Animation Content will be responsible for shooting & editing unique video content tailored to the mission of the EMPIST brand. They will work independently on self-driven video content and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure that all video content aligns closely with our campaign-specific and company-wide goals.
