The Service Writer will ensure the effective, efficient, and constant supply chain flow through departmental support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and on time reports and records relative to the service department's daily operation.
- Assure that all charges related to work orders are posted accurately.
- Assure all work orders are closed on a timely basis.
- Assist with reviewing and submitting warranty documentation for Advanced Charging Technologies (ACT, East Penn, Field Service and Ultra Care department warranty related work orders.
- Support Dispatch with quotes and back-up.
- Follow up on pending PO's and assist in GPS monitoring of technicians.
