Job Description
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our client in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a medical technology company.
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
Pay: $22/hour
Shifts Available: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, some schedule flexibility.

- Oversee contract requests for Global Marketing and Commercial teams, ensuring compliance and timely finalization.
- Manage invoicing, expense monitoring, and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Coordinate Veeva program requests, providing support and ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Review and address discrepancies in reports, collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a coordinator role (marketing experience not required).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
