SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the Communications and Marketing Team to develop and manage video projects as well as create digital media (text, graphics, audio, video, etc.) and visual content for internet, print, social media in alignment with the annual district marketing plan.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required: Associate's degree or equivalent in Media Arts or a related field and a minimum of one year of digital media and website management experience. Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in broadcast or post-production environment is preferred.
Must provide and present examples of portfolio, videos, and/or web hosting projects at the interview.
Travel across the district is required; must possess a valid Class D Oklahoma driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience to operate district vehicles and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Video/PhotographicProvide creative direction, project management, and follow-through on all video projects.Coordinate, prepare, and rehearse with stakeholders and video subjects to maximize video shoots.Capture high quality video and audio to be used in a variety of forms (website, social media, advertising, podcast, YouTube, etc.) for CV Tech.Plan, film, create, and edit videos and sound for a variety of CV Tech recruitment campaigns including, but not limited to: high school recruitment, customer testimonials, leadership presentations, etc. This will include a few evening or weekend events per year.Manage all aspects of video production, including sounds and recordings; operate cameras; and give clear communicative instructions and direction to talent. Be responsible for on-scene set up, lighting, and sound.Take initiative to recognize and/or suggest opportunities to capture and highlight positive happenings across the district. Make unprompted recommendations of photo and video production ideas to supervisor.Maintain all video equipment in proper working order - including troubleshooting and minor repairs as necessary.Prepare videos as needed with close-captioning to facilitate ADA requirements.Maintain and program current internal video announcement screens for all three campuses (RiseVision)Maintain and program external marquees with current events and communicate with stakeholders as needed.Coordinate AV/live-stream events with IT, Marketing, and event locations/venues.SEO/Digital Advertising
Create and execute digital campaigns in Google (PPC or organic) to increase interest for specific programs, classes, or events.Coordinate with Marketing Coordinator to update or add video/audio content to the CV Tech website.Create effective SEO strategies (backlinking, social listening, competitive analysis, etc.) that will help CV Tech rank higher in search results.Ensure increased traffic to the website by developing and aligning video and audio content with appropriate keywords, hashtags, and phrases.Marketing/Recruitment
Assist the Marketing Team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across the district.Work with Marketing Team, CV Tech counselors, and Outreach & Recruitment Team to develop new strategies for the recruitment of high school students - especially as is involves audio and video.Promote and support the district's brand and ensure that communications, both internal and external, align with it.Travel to each of the main campus sites (El Reno, Chickasha and Yukon) as necessary.Work with the Marketing Team to set up and tear down for special events (recruitment, graduation, Signing Night, community fairs, etc.)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
This job requires being self-driven, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be creative and able to translate that creativity into promotional materials for CV Tech. Must be responsible for the entire production process, as well as editing and conversion to final product. The ability to communicate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds is essential. Must be able to work autonomously. Must be proficient working in Premiere Pro (™), Final Cut (™), After Effects (™), and Photoshop (™). Preferred Skills in WordPress or similar CMS, Adobe CS, Constant Contact and/or related software. Proficient in web, social media, and Google Analytics. Experience with Canva or similar platform.

Must be able to communicate on the telephone and in person and be able to lift and manage such items as bulk promotional materials, displays, video and audio equipment, etc. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
