Director of Marketing and Sales (Finance)
RTO Systems, Inc. dba Elite Corporate Wellness is the Management Services Organization (MSO) for Elite Corporate Medical Services, Inc. Elite is a healthcare company whose core focus is to change and save lives with innovative healthcare solutions. We're looking for a Director of Marketing and Sales to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives while supporting business development and sales efforts in collaboration with the CEO. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

We specialize in providing customizable, private concierge health and wellness services to clients in the Western United States, primarily C-suite decision-makers in self-insured and captive organizations with over 500 employees.

What You'll Own & Lead
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute internal and external marketing strategies that align with Elite's growth objectives. Strengthen and maintain Elite's image and branding, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications. Oversee marketing initiatives that enhance engagement, awareness, and positioning in the industry.
Sales Process & Business Development Support
Own and refine the sales process, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational efficiency. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in sales efforts, providing marketing-driven support. Drive utilization strategies to maximize client engagement and service adoption. Assist in business development initiatives, leveraging market insights and analytics.
Proposal & Sales Enablement
Serve as the proposal writer/coordinator, managing RFP responses and sales presentations. Develop compelling, data-driven PowerPoint presentations and proposals that showcase Elite's value. Create and refine sales enablement materials to equip the CEO and business development team with high-impact tools.

What You Need to Succeed & Minimum Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should be a marketing leader who can:
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen Elite's brand, generate leads, and support business development.
Work closely with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies and support business development efforts.
Own marketing, branding, and proposal development efforts.
You’ll need:
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or healthcare.
Proven ability to develop and execute branding, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
Strong writing skills for marketing content, proposals, and RFPs.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Background in corporate wellness or self-insured employer solutions (preferred).
