- In collaboration with Sr. Marketing Manager, develop and execute social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest with clear KPIs.
- Lead content ideation and execution in partnership with creative and external collaborators; bring the visual strategy to life using tools and creator resources.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s social calendar with engaging, timely content that reflects our voice and values.
- Monitor sentiment, identify trends, and champion customer voice within the brand.
- Own day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and UGC, and surface key feedback to the broader team.
- Build and implement engagement strategies to drive deeper relationships with our followers and brand advocates.
- Expand our micro/nano-influencer program: source talent, manage relationships, and optimize performance.
- Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager on influencer mailers, gifting strategies, and activation planning.
Support affiliate partnerships and organic seeding to fuel content creation and increase brand visibility.
- Track and analyze performance of social and influencer campaigns using metrics like EMV, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Deliver regular insights to guide strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, social trends, and competitor activity.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, social media, or influencer relations—ideally in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Proven success in content-driven digital campaigns and creator partnerships. - Experience with community management and customer engagement on social platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and influencer platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for brand storytelling.
