***Digital Learning Content Owner, to $55/hr. on W2-Experience managing digital learning content programs across enterprises-Familiarity with online learning technology (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate or similar) and SCORM-Proficiency in the following skills is also required: program management, design thinking, process design and MS Office/Teams
Assist in the creation and execution of the digital learning content strategy which will provide world class learning experiences for our front-line organization. Responsible for leading digital learning content projects to partner with the business and vendors to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and performance programs .
Principle Duties and Responsibilities-Builds solid relationships with GTM, Talent, and HRBP team members to support content needs.-Develop digital content strategy to support multiple user personas and across various modalities.-Develop a content management strategy that includes policies/procedures , cataloging taxonomy , and metadata standards ( tagging , etc).-Develops digital content roadmap based on partner feedback and content vendors release schedule.-Works with Talent-Skills team to identify digital content needs and updates to Skill Builders and Growth Paths for the iGrow portal.-Partners with Talent Enablement, Marketing Program Manager to develop a Communication Strategy and Plan to enhance and promote digital content for iGrow.-Works with BU L&D groups to provide digital content based on business specific needs .-Partners with PgM, Learn Tech on new content vendor technical and reporting enhancements.-Works with digital learning content vendors on releases, enhancements, etc.-Works with digital content specialist to get content curated based on business needs.
***Learning Technology Specialist, to $25-30/hr. on W2-Experience coordination efforts for learning technology tools in a team environment; includes experience with learning management systems , learning content management systems , authoring systems, aps and virtual training tools-Proficiency in the following skills is also required: project coordination, usability testing, analysis, problem solving, and MS Office/Teams
Assist in the implementation and execution of the learning technology strategy which will provide world class learning experiences for our front-line organization. Responsible for leading learning technology projects to analyze, select, implementand integrate the necessary learning technologies to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and performance programs.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities-Consult GLLD and Learning Council partners on build or buy decisions that will work within the technology confines of current systems-Works with the Learning Technology Committee to evaluate new learning technologies and vendors to make recommendations on strategic and operational fit-Write business cases for recommended technologies and vendors-Partner with the Vendor Management Specialist and SCM on all learning technology contracts including new vendor request, changes to contracts, and SOWs-Work with the SCM and L&D business units to lead all learning technology selection/RFP projects that will impact the enterprise-Oversight to new learning technologies such as mentoring, onboarding, leadership, and apps/platforms (outside of iGrow).
***Digital Content Engagement, to $23/hr. on W2-Experience curating content through various modalities and managing content metadata.-Proficiency in the following skills is also required: project coordination, content curation, research, content writing, and MS Office/Teams
