Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.Skills and Expertise:Extensive background in UX Design, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing design proficiency and a deep understanding of chat-based interaction models.Proficiency in UX methodologies, including user research, wireframing, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing, with a focus on their application to product development.Ability to lead brainstorming and innovation sessions, contributing insights that resonate with our product vision.Strong visual design skills, capable of blending aesthetic appeal with functional product requirements.Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, essential for making informed design decisions in alignment with product strategy.Experience with AI/ML-based solutions, particularly in designing for conversational AI, is highly desirable.Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic startup environment, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product development.Proficiency in leading UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Principle.Key Responsibilities:Apply a product-centric approach to design, addressing user needs and achieving strategic product goals aligned with our AI-native vision.Conduct comprehensive user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points within the context of chat-based interactions.Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Rhythms, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and seamless interaction.Assume a leadership role in the design domain, ensuring that design decisions at each stage align with user needs and product strategy.Facilitate creative and strategic discussions, leveraging design expertise to generate and refine ideas within the product roadmap.Stay abreast of trends and advancements in user experiences and conversational AI, leveraging insights to drive continuous innovation within Rhythms' product offerings.Collaborate closely with the engineering team in a cohesive product development process, ensuring the seamless integration of design and technology to deliver user-centric solutions.Advocate for design thinking throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that design decisions contribute positively to user satisfaction and product success.At Rhythms, we’re excited to push the boundaries of what AI-native products can achieve.
