What Youll Do:
- Engage warm leads provided by the agency through calls, texts, and emails
- Use our comprehensive quoting system to offer tailored insurance solutions
- Build strong relationships and educate clients on coverage options
- Meet or exceed performance goals tied to commissions and bonuses
- Take ownership of your growth with training, mentorship, and leadership development
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
- Sales experience (insurance sales a big plus!)
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and success-minded individuals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a self-starter mindset
