Responsibilities
- Educate and assist clients in selecting the right insurance coverage (Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial).
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and clear communication.
- Handle inbound leads and proactively generate new business.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
- Provide accurate quotes and explain policy details in a clear, understandable manner.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers regularly.
- Maintain all licensing and continuing education requirements.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life & Health license is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and quoting systems
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
