33 Touch Execution:
Execute on client events throughout the year that make clients feel like VIPs. Execute the “33 Touch” marketing plan as efficiently as possible to make sure we hit dates while holding to the branding that has been outlined by the Marketing Director. Assist in the delivery of the World Class Touches to our existing Database.Campaign and Project Management:
Aids in Marketing Strategy with a KEY focus on the ideal client. Manage all Social Media Brands including Facebook and Instagram. Manage all marketing communications; keep staff apprised of all promotions and marketing-related activities. Provide support in business development opportunities, including developing ongoing relationships, coordinating events at facilities, creating collateral, etc. Research marketing tactics as needed. Participate in weekly marketing meetings to maintain a proactive vs reactive approach to our marketing strategy. Manage and delegate tasks, including design and admin work to appropriate staff. Assist in the development of CRM based on marketing programs, maintain consistent customer contact information. Troubleshoot and solve vendor issues. Marketing Initiatives for all KC associated brands.Photography and Video Editing:
Capture high-quality images for various purposes including marketing, social media, and agent headshots. Set up and manage lighting, camera equipment, and other necessary tools to ensure optimal image quality. Direct and guide subjects as needed to achieve desired shots. Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional materials, social media, events, and other company needs. Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the intended message effectively.Brand Management:
Brand ownership – Uphold Brand Consistency directly in marketing pieces. Design/Layout – Own the look of the pieces we put out and ensure they fit the “brand guidelines”. Aid in the implementation of marketing initiatives to ensure we hit deadlines and drive leads (Radio Copy and Mass Media Vendors). Work with Marketing director to make sure vendors/supplies are as low cost as possible for marketing initiatives and projects printed/delivered in a timely manner. New Agent marketing material – responsible for setup and maintenance of all agent marketing materials. Assist with various marketing campaigns such as Expired/FSBO mailings. Present concepts, strategy, and creative execution (including copywriting, print, web design, and layout) for internal and external delivery channels. Write/edit at an extremely high level. Research for new company initiatives and help with proposals.Measureables:
The ability to handle multiple tasks and hit deadlines and project workflow to meet deadlines.The ability to manage the designer and coordinate the design of hundreds of marketing pieces annually.The ability to focus on the brands and keep the brands as consistent as possible for the business unit.The ability to use/study copywriting to deliver strong written and verbal communication on all marketing pieces.Excellent with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.Excellent with database management (Infusionsoft is your life).Good organizational abilities and calm under pressure.Edit and proofread at a high level, including attention to detail in the functionality of all areas in marketing pieces (i.e. links to websites, phone numbers, accuracy in real estate information).Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries.Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information.Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals.Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies.Deadlines on marketing projects and pieces consistently met.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or strong related experience encouraged.Exceptional written and verbal communication.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with creating social media reels across Meta platforms.Strong Photography and Video editing skills.Positive, enthusiastic team player.Must be detail-orientated.Able to handle multiple projects effectively.Highly creative, highly motivated, and self-starting individual.Core value fit with growth mindset.Compensation:
