About The Marketing Department:
We are a forward-thinking leader in financial services, committed to creating insightful, data-driven content that resonates with key market segments. Our goal is to craft compelling messaging and storytelling that positions us as a trusted industry leader.
This hybrid role is based out of New York, NY; Syracuse, NY; or Charlotte, NC, offering a mix of in-person and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of a content strategy tailored to financial audiences, aligning with market trends and business goals.
- Audience Engagement & Market Insights: Use insights to develop content that addresses the needs of financial professionals, decision-makers, and clients.
- Partnerships & Content Distribution: Collaborate with industry partners and thought leaders to expand content reach and visibility.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation: Produce industry-leading content, stay ahead of trends, and develop multi-channel strategies.
- Content Creation & Distribution: Develop high-quality content in various formats, optimized for social media and SEO.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align content with business objectives, and support leadership presentations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in content strategy and creation, preferably in financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends.
- Excellent storytelling, data synthesis, and content development skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
Additional Skills:
- Channel marketing, SEM, SEO, social media management.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively.
- Creative thinking and strategic planning skills.
