ResponsibilitiesExhibits an impeccable design sense and a discerning eyePushes the boundaries of imagery, typography, color, pattern and texture to build compelling design systems of characterUnderstands the specific business case and agreed-upon strategy for every project, with an appreciation for the client's business and industryMaintains an active awareness of visual trends, technological advances and cultural nuances within the design fieldLooks for opportunities to disrupt the visual landscape in service of great ideasHas the ability to think beyond static executions to address motion design, interaction design and experience designWorks productively and harmoniously as a teammate with those who share responsibility on day-to-day assignmentsHas a strong ability to prioritize work and manage his/her own time based on short and long-term needs.Owns the material application of design ideas across multiple executions (versioning)Under the direction of the DD/ADD, sees work through completion -- including quality assurance and proofing before final productionQualifications
