is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Marketing Events Coordinator to be based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. The Marketing Events Coordinator will plan and execute community events. The Marketing Events Coordinator’s job responsibilities will include the followingAssist in the development of event campaigns by marketAssist with both in-office and community event coordination—from initial planning, event selection and research to event execution for pre- and post-grand opening eventsContinued marketing support and planning for existing store locationsOnsite event management during grand openings, including assistance with social media campaigns (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.), customer engagement and event set-up and tear downManage the delivery of all needed marketing collateral for multiple events in multiple markets simultaneouslyAssist in the coordination of vendor demos and sampling for all eventsTravel up to 75% of the timeHome Healthcare Agency

Fast career-growth potential available.Requirements:1-2 years of event coordination (or related) experienceBachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing or Communications (or related field)Strong ability to multi-taskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong willingness to travelEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing or Communications (or related field)Minimum of 5 years administrative experience required.1-2 years of event coordination (or related) experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficiency with Microsoft Office along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with developing, maintaining and updating schedules and reports for various projects.Advanced customer service skills. Able to diplomatically communicate.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently; excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic.Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment.Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction.Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWork Environment/Physical Demands:The potential for prolonged standing, walking, squatting and/or bending.The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Occasional high stress when dealing with systems/customers/staff.
