Reports To: Creative Director Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - $28.00 DOE, Full time, Hourly, On-Site. Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift worked, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel. This role operates in a professional work environment, with frequent travel required to attend industry events, and oversee social media related operations. Qualifications Basic Qualifications (not an exaustive list): 2–5 years of managing social media accounts for luxury, lifestyle, or travel brands High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Demonstrate success in growing audiences , creating compelling content , and driving measurable engagement Show a portfolio of work for luxury, travel, lifestyle, or high-end brands Killer creative instincts and serious storytelling skills—words, visuals, video, you name it Mastery of content tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing apps A deep understanding of trends, platforms, and how to ride the algorithm wave Strong project management skills, fast turnaround energy, and bold vision Experience with paid social and influencer partnerships?
