You will have the opportunity to define and drive the marketing and go-to-market strategy for current and future air cargo solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of plans to the brass tacks of execution. They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. They will lead initiatives end-to-end in close collaboration with business development, legal, product, finance, pricing, science, and the broader Amazon Air team. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the organization.The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B marketer, who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy including customer-facing messaging and positioning for the Air Cargo offeringCraft and develop compelling content, collateral, presentations, and other campaign material to reach, engage, and drive adoption with key audiencesDevelop detailed marketing channel, segmentation, and campaign strategies to help drive awareness, education, and engagement with business audiences in various lifecyclesDefine business metrics, measurement plan, and 'test and learn' plans for campaigns to optimize investmentsUse market and competitive intelligence to identify and evaluate gaps across the customer experience and develop strategic options to mitigate the risksCommunicate customer feedback to Product and provide input on prioritization and messaging of key features, value prop, pricing, and overall roadmapMinimum Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadershipExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completionExperience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysisExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingExperience building, executing and scaling B2B go-to-market programsAviation knowledge and cargo airline experience is preferredAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
