Thoughtfully manage complex VP calendar and scheduling with leaders and teams across multiple locations and time zones Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries with seamless logistics Manage expense report coordination and submission Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items (including meeting notes and action items) from LT and team meetings Support and, at times, manage small to medium projects based on organizational needs and professional development interests Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team Organize, execute, and/or assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-org meetings, fireside chats, off-sites, and other team events) Space management, including strategic growth, moves, and reconfigurations
This role is based in Seattle and requires being in-office 5x a week.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of executive assistant experience Experience with executive level calendar management Experience with domestic or international travel coordination Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience leading process improvements Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency Music and/or Entertainment industry experience Project management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
