About the Role: We’re seeking a Sales Director to lead and grow commercial efforts across the Midwest region, based in Chicago. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on accelerating demand, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth across the Midwest and broader North American market Cultivate strong relationships with Holding Companies, independent agencies, and direct brands to generate new business Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape and implement tailored go-to-market plans Represent the company externally—communicating vision, value, and innovation to clients, partners, and industry leaders Own pipeline development and management with a focus on exceeding revenue targets What We’re Looking For: Proven track record in digital advertising or AdTech sales, especially selling brand campaigns to agencies A strong network of agency and brand contacts, with trusted relationships across the industry Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, close deals, and outperform sales targets Why Join?
