AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYFuel exponential brand growth: Spearhead the creation of thriving brand communities through local UGC and influencer marketing. Identify and cultivate relationships with local content creators who align with our brand values. Curate and amplify their content, driving brand awareness, engagement, and future collaborations.
Be the Mastermind Behind Stellar Local Content: Take a leadership role in managing our social media agency network, cultivating strategic partnerships to fuel exceptional brand content. Craft compelling content briefs, oversee and optimize creative shoots, and provide data-driven feedback to elevate content quality and maximize campaign impact.
Pioneer the Next Wave of Social Commerce: Be at the forefront of social media innovation, identifying and implementing disruptive content formats that maximize engagement and sales across all platforms, including TikTok Shop. Fuel explosive growth by capitalizing on emerging trends and pushing the boundaries of social commerce.
Grow Across Social Channels for LSB brands: Build & grow audience, develop content strategy (calendars, captions, etc.), create engaging content (trends, campaigns, BTS, etc.).
Content Strategy & Creation: Manage overall social media content strategy, create high-performing content across platforms.
Drive Social Commerce: Identify products for DTC sales, develop social selling content (including TikTok Shop).
Community Building: Foster brand communities through local UGC & influencer partnerships.
Social Media Integration & Optimization: Collaborate with the social media team, integrate content, identify SEO opportunities, and build searchable content.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop KPI frameworks, track social media performance (follower growth, views, engagement), and report results to the business.
Agency Management: Manage social media agencies, brief content needs, organize shoots, and provide feedback on local content creation.
Content Visionary: With a keen eye for creative content and a finger on the pulse of pop culture trends, you'll spot emerging trends and craft content that resonates.
Confident Communicator: Whether on camera or in front of a live audience, you'll present with clarity and charisma.
Awesome Teammate: You'll thrive working across functions and cultures, collaborating seamlessly with multiple teams.
Social Media Guru: You're a social media aficionado, constantly exploring new trends and strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired:Bachelor's degree
5+ years experience working in community management or social media marketing
2+ years working with social platforms for brands, either internal or external. Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
