We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager/Lead to lead the marketing launch of a Nursing/Healthcare staffing and recruitment agency. In this role, you will work with an agile team of marketing professionals (shared between three businesses), including an SEO specialist, UX/UI designer, Paid Search Specialist, Email marketer, and more.
The Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will be directly responsible for overseeing and executing all marketing projects and plans for the Luminous Nursing Staffing business from conception to reporting. A vital part of this role will be the hands-on marketing management to launch marketing strategy and provide ongoing optimization of marketing performance and sales enablement to drive continuing business growth.

Responsibilities: (On the job training provided.)
Funnel Management & Optimization : Hands-on management of marketing funnels from top to bottom. Use analytics and data insights to optimize each funnel stage, improving conversion rates and customer journey.
Sales enablement : Support B2B sales by providing convincing messaging, whitepapers, research, and presentations.
Event Marketing : Develop and execute effective event marketing channels (both online events for recruitment and participation in industry events).
Project Leadership : Direct agile project teams, ensuring timely deliverables from strategy to execution. Be responsible for marketing performance and growth.
Performance Tracking Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives and use this data to refine and optimize future strategy.
Reporting : Develop comprehensive and digestible reports and presentations that summarize all marketing efforts and facets, then present them to company leaders and the team at regular intervals.
Market Research : Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors to inform and improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) or equivalent experience is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in hands-on leadership of omni-channel marketing initiatives.
Must be fluent and comfortable utilizing marketing tools daily, such as HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta, LinkedIn, Canva, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.
Deep understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, journey mapping, and hands-on experience in funnel optimization.
Demonstrated understanding of copy, tone, and brand consistency.
Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on expertise in managing multi-channel marketing in-house (without an agency), including website, social media, event marketing, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PPC. Influencer marketing is a must.
Hours:
Working hours will be M-F 8:00-4:30 EST, with weekends and select holidays off.
