Ensure a variety of shots are captured, including close-ups, candid moments, and wide shots that showcase the event space.Obtain consent from attendees before taking close-up photos or videos.Edit photos and videos lightly for basic quality control (cropping, color correction).Submit all photos and videos digitally to EMPOWER Series within 48 hours of the event.Skills and Qualifications:Strong photography skills with a good understanding of lighting and composition.Experience with basic video editing software (preferred).Ability to work independently and take initiative.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiasm for EMPOWER Series' mission and a desire to contribute to a positive cause.Reliable transportation to and from the event location.What You'll Gain:Gain valuable experience in event photography and videography.Contribute to a meaningful organization that empowers individuals.Network with other volunteers and event staff.Receive a certificate of appreciation for your volunteer service.Have your work potentially featured on EMPOWER Series' social media and marketing materials.Shift Schedule:This is a half-day volunteer opportunity.The typical shift runs from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM CST, however, it may extend to 1:00 PM depending on the event schedule.Image Usage:All photos and videos taken at the event will be the property of EMPOWER Series, Inc.We will use the images for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, press releases, and event materials.We may also provide the images to attendees and other stakeholders.We are excited to welcome passionate volunteers to our team!
