Heads of the Institute will be expected to work together with all institute faculties, providing educational leadership to ensure high standards of teaching and learning practice and processes while preparing the students for the future professionally.
The duties and responsibilities of a Head of Institute shall include the following:
– Performing the duties of a Teacher and Head an Institute for a particular subject or group of subjects;
– Actively assisting the Head of Departments in ensuring the sound professional practice, standards, and quality of teaching and learning of subject/s through proper dialogue with the class teachers and, under the direction of the relative Education Officer, promotes a healthy process of reciprocal informal observation of class teaching practices;
– Advising and contributing to curriculum development at the institute and system-level under the direction and guidance of the respective
– Coordinating the teaching and learning of the subjects for which one is responsible;
– Setting examination papers, coordinating marking schemes, and moderating examinations and assessment processes at the institute.
– Ensuring the timely and adequate provision of textbooks, materials, and
equipment required for the effective teaching of the subjects in the institute.
– Ensuring that the maintenance and upkeep of equipment related to the subject
Institute is regularly carried out;
– Preparing specifications and budgets for the requirements of the subject-specific teaching tools and equipment, including studios and other requirements;
– Holding and leading regular departmental meetings and ensuring the keeping of minutes;
– Encouraging the proper working and other functionalities of the institute regularly.

*Candidates with experience in Sales/Marketing in the education sector will be preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
