Apply promptly! A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Wolf is looking for an Events Senior to join our vibrant in-house Marketing team. In this role, you will be crucial in overseeing all aspects of researching, planning, marketing, executing, and driving events revenue nationally.
Responsibilities
Manage all external events per year from conception through execution, overseeing expense management, revenue generation, promotional efforts, and event execution.
Manage on-site set-up, breakdown, and management of suppliers/vendors involved.
Manage event software platforms: Cvent, ICapture, & Salesforce.
Manage CPE credits for hosted events & webinars.
Manage pre-event deliverables including registration, data entry, meeting notes, creating timelines, scheduling meetings, budgeting, invoicing, contract review, communicating with stakeholders, presentation review, printing assets, swag shipments, and banner shipments.
Manage post-event deliverables including data entry, debriefing, invoicing, and regrouping with stakeholders.
Manage monthly credit card reconciliation for events and ongoing invoicing with the Accounts Payable team.
Identify event objectives and KPIs to measure event success.
Evaluate event ROI and develop strategies to exceed revenue goals and reduce expenses.
Report and provide feedback to Events Manager on event execution, final event spending, pain points, etc. to inform future event budget forecasts and strategy.
Serve as point of contact for all operations & logistics for events, including vendor relationships, association relationships, and event partnerships or sponsorships.
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify topics of interest, research speaking opportunities, event registration, and session creation.
Align event strategy with the organization's goals and target audience.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders & vendors.
Develop and manage event budgets to achieve maximum profitability.
Work with the sales team to develop target audience, event attendees, revenue, and lead generation to identify event goals and success.
Work closely with marketing team members for event messaging in print, digital, & video assets.
Research, negotiate, and manage event vendor contracts and relationships.
Stay current on industry trends, providing stakeholders & marketing team members with innovative ideas and creative event solutions.
Obtain permits for events and ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, safety obligations, and agency processes and policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3-5 years of direct experience leading/managing a wide range of events, both large and small; experience in the financial industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Salesforce; Cvent, iCapture, & Google Analytics experience preferred.
Proactive work ethic with a sense of working with urgency.
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Works well under pressure, meeting deadlines in a professional and calm manner.
Strong client relations experience.
Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
The desire to consistently innovate, proactively bringing new ideas to the table – both strategically and in execution.
A creative thinker and leader who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-starter who can elevate and enhance the event planning experience.
Ability to work overtime as business needs warrant; may include overnights and weekends.
Ability to lift up to 20-25 lbs.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
