Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced
Graphic Designer
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will combine artistic talent with technical expertise to design compelling visual content across print and digital platforms.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:
Creating high-quality designs for branding, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral, and online media Developing layouts and illustrations for brochures, websites, and promotional campaigns Selecting and arranging artwork, choosing color schemes, and applying typography principles Producing assets for development handoff including mockups, clickable prototypes, design systems, and simple animations Conducting press checks and ensuring consistency in all deliverables Collaborating closely with writers, art directors, UX designers, product teams, and software engineers
UI Design Responsibilities:
Apply intermediate UI design skills with a clear understanding of UI principles Translate brand guidelines into intuitive digital interfaces Participate in UI research activities such as A/B testing, accessibility analysis, and competitive benchmarking Coordinate with UX designers during the wireframe and design handoff stages Support design leadership initiatives and contribute to team-wide process improvements
Skills & Competencies Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) Strong visual, conceptual, and typographic design skills Knowledge of design systems and responsive UI best practices Creativity, attention to detail, and a refined design aesthetic Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Must-Have Qualifications:
7+ years of full-time professional design experience (excluding freelance) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating: Aesthetics and visual storytelling Package and brand identity design Layout design and prototyping capabilities
