What You’ll Do:
As Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our studio, guiding the team, delighting guests, and driving measurable success across all key metrics. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to scale your impact and income in a thriving, people-first environment.
Lead With Vision:
- Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and high performance. You set the tone, coach with intention, and lead by example.
- Be the studio’s accountability coach—motivating, mentoring, and managing the team with a warm but direct leadership style.
- Run effective daily huddles, drive monthly KPIs, and keep your finger on the pulse of team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Celebrate wins while keeping everyone focused on the metrics that matter.
Deliver an Elevated Guest Experience:
- Implement our Guest Experience Cycle flawlessly—from first contact to lasting loyalty.
- Ensure that every interaction reflects Frenchies’ standards: clean, fun, personalized, and professional.
Keep It Tight:
- Uphold exceptional cleanliness and sterilization standards that go beyond regulations — our reputation depends on it.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and resources with care — balancing operational needs with budget awareness.
- Oversee studio maintenance, appearance, and daily organization to create an environment that looks and feels amazing.
- Lead by example — ensuring your team owns the details that create a standout guest and employee experience.
Operate Like an Owner:
- Take ownership of studio performance and profitability — managing key financial levers like revenue, labor, expenses, and inventory to drive smart, sustainable growth.
- Lead your team with heart and accountability — hiring, training, scheduling, and developing talent that reflects our culture and standards.
- Partner closely with Frenchies Franchise Support — staying aligned with brand expectations, leveraging tools, and tapping into a passionate network of experts who are here to help you succeed.
- Collaborate with ownership to review financial performance, set goals, and continuously look for process improvements.
- Champion local marketing, community outreach, and guest engagement efforts that bring the Frenchies vibe to life beyond the studio walls.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of management experience (beauty or retail industry preferred)
- A love for people leadership, a knack for organization, and a serious attention to detail
- High standards, big energy, and a can-do mindset
- Nail Tech License a bonus, but not required
