This is an IN PERSON position in Roseville CA. Remote may be considered after hire but not a guarantee.
Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel framework) and MySQL database. • Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and specifications. • Design and implement database schemas and structures. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following Laravel best practices. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of Laravel projects. • Proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience with version control systems, preferably Bitbucket (GIT repo). • Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with other PHP frameworks (e.g., Symfony, CodeIgniter) is a plus. • Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Vue.js, React.js) is an advantage. • Knowledge of API development and integration. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is desirable. Compensation: $50,000
