Summary
Responsible for store floor plan layout, merchandising and seasonal changes for all Memorial Healthcare System gift shops.
Responsibilities
Designs effective floor and window displays in anticipation of each holiday and season.
Plans and designs effective merchandise display at each gift shop in order to ensure customer interest and purchase.
Reviews merchandise trends to create customer appeal in gift shop merchandise.

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer literate for Excel, Outlook, Printmaster and Microsoft RMS or similar Retail program(s). Must be available to travel to each store locations through the business week Required Work Experience: Three (3) years' experience in visual merchandising with a department or specialty store.
