Responsibilities

1. Join the Genesis team as a Clinical Liaison -- LPN, where your marketing, sales, and clinical skills will be fully engaged.
2. Establish a strong business presence with target audiences, including acute care providers, physicians, and others.
3. Build awareness of Genesis HealthCare and increase census at Genesis nursing centers within an assigned geographic area.
4. Promote Genesis both internally and externally within assigned hospitals.
5. Match Genesis clinical capabilities to patient needs to facilitate patient flow from providers into Genesis nursing centers.
6. Complete pre-admission assessments on patients to gather clinical and financial information and identify the most suitable service location.
7. Achieve monthly financial incentives based on meeting key targets.
8. This role has high visibility and a direct impact on Genesis' business and financial objectives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in vocational nursing or a related field, with preferred licensure in the state of employment (e.g., LCSW with relevant experience).
2. Five to seven years of recent clinical experience.
3. Valid driver's license.
4. Preferred experience in case management, business development, utilization review, or discharge planning.
5. Certifications such as CCM, LPN, or CIRS are preferred.

Salary Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 annually
