Job Title : Master Librarian
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving, organizing, and maintaining the latest technical documentation supporting engine maintenance and overhaul operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve, organize, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including engine manuals and repair documents.
- Acquire and tollgate new technical documents and Engine Service Manual ATA subscriptions.
- Manage daily interface with technical publications while partnering with Global Master Librarians to ensure document accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure that updates are incorporated into site-specific documents in a timely manner.
- Oversee the transition of technical documentation from physical binders to digital platforms for improved accessibility.
- Ensure overhaul facilities have timely access to relevant technical data and assist in resolving any access-related issues.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of new documentation systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in managing technical documentation, preferably in the aerospace or engineering industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in document management software and databases.
- Familiarity with ATA Chapters, technical publication standards, and document control processes.
