The Omni-Channel Marketing team works with ADUSA brand partners and internal ADUSA resources to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive ecommerce sales. The Specialist Marketing Planner will lead in creating and optimizing planning processes and calendars, supporting enterprise organization in a Center of Excellence role. The role involves strategic collaborations with agencies and external CPG partners for customer-facing campaigns. It works cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution of omni-channel campaigns. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Core locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD, and Mauldin, SC. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time. Duties and Responsibilities
Manage internal and external calendars to ensure alignment with marketing planning calendars and efficient workflow for content development, including agency timelines and photography. Analyze digital results, report on KPIs, and provide insights to inform content development and demonstrate proof of performance. Evaluate competitive meal content sites and oversee the evolution of the site based on analysis. Ensure quality control of content, including vetting recipes, maintaining voice consistency, proofreading, and responding to customer inquiries related to content. Manage content entry into Constant Commerce to maximize SEO across local brands. Oversee content budget management and rights acquisition for sourced content. Ensure legal compliance with sourcing documentation for all programs. Manage timelines for vendor ad submissions for magazines, coordinating with agencies and AD Global for global content and ad workflows. Qualifications
Experience in project management and strategic dependencies. Knowledge of print production planning and management. Familiarity with social media planning and management. Leadership experience in Center of Excellence content creation processes. Highly organized with attention to detail, timing, and dependencies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and converge on solutions. Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines. Personal accountability, self-direction, and ability to indirectly supervise others. Service-oriented mindset for colleagues, partners, and intermediaries. Innovative and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, identifying problems and seeking solutions proactively. Preferred Qualifications
