What Will You Do?
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute website strategies aligned with business goals, including scaling international expansion and new feature launches. Collaborate with brand, creative, and content teams to develop a website that aligns with our growth goals and brand vision.User Experience Optimization:
Enhance user experience by building tools and creating journeys that showcase product value and cater to top customers.Traffic Generation:
Drive organic traffic through strategic SEO practices, content creation, and agency partnerships. Explore AI opportunities in SEO.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Implement a CRO strategy with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates. Communicate results and next steps to leadership and product teams.Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize analytics to monitor performance and user behavior. Report on and present channel performance and strategies to leadership and stakeholders.Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure website initiatives support company objectives. Enable the marketing team to make updates safely via a self-service model.
What Will You Need?
7+ years in web/digital marketing for a B2B technology company (SaaS preferred)Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science or related fieldDeep knowledge of Craft, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO, SEM and CRO principles and knowledge of the broader web technology landscapeProficiency with CSS and HTMLExperience defining, measuring and optimizing web KPIsStrong analytical background with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, synthesize actionable insights, and present clear recommendationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills paired with a team-first attitudeA proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills, data-driven mindset and a sense of urgency to continuously prioritize and deliver results fast
